Lost like 2m skillpoints today after downtime. One of my turrets got offline and didnt want to go online cuz not enough powergrid and when i looked into my skills i found out advanced weapon upgrades went from 5 to 0. |

With one of my guys how the bugged worked. I trained support fighters 3 and a few other skill. Then i switched up his skill q so he would train fighters 4 and 5. I didn't log in for almost a month till the day of the patch. All the points from fighters 4 and 5 i had trained went into support fighters 4 and 5. One of the big tells i wasn't nuts was he had no record of training support fighters 4.
Except there isn't any overleveled skills. New ones i didn't lvl too. |

I didn't had any boosters and waiting for response since friday. Doesn't look like help to me. Well i gues weekend is weekend even for customer support. It's tuesday already though. |

I have honestly never experienced customer support being THIS slow to respond in ANY other place. This is a serious issue and should have been solved over the weekend, the FIRST weekend that is. And yet second weekend ended like 2 days ago, still no answer. Well played CCP, well played. |

I am assuming that emailing them and sending a support ticket is the same (if it is not, please let me know).
